Shivchhaya Sevabhavi Sanstha Daribadchi is a registered charitable public trust (Registration No. F-0019467/SNG under the Bombay Public Trusts Act, 1950) dedicated to non-profit activities in education, healthcare, environmental conservation, sports, cultural preservation, and community welfare in rural Sangli District, Maharashtra. All donations, contributions, and payments received are used exclusively for charitable purposes and are generally **non-refundable** in line with the voluntary and irrevocable nature of charitable giving.

 1. Donations
– All monetary donations made to Shivchhaya Sevabhavi Sanstha Daribadchi — whether one-time, recurring, online, offline, via UPI, bank transfer, cheque, cash, or any other mode — are **final and non-refundable**.
– Donations are considered voluntary contributions made with the intent to support our charitable objectives and are not treated as purchases of goods or services.
– Once a donation is successfully processed and a receipt (including 80G tax-exemption receipt where applicable) is issued, no refund will be provided under any circumstances.

2. Cancellation of Recurring Donations / Pledges
– You may cancel or stop any future recurring donations (monthly/quarterly/annual) at any time by contacting us.
– Cancellation will take effect from the next scheduled deduction cycle.
– No refund will be issued for donations already processed and received before the cancellation request.

3. Exceptional Cases (Rare & Discretionary)
In extremely rare and exceptional situations (e.g., proven duplicate payment due to technical error, or fraudulent/unauthorized transaction), we may consider a refund request **solely at our discretion** and subject to:
– Submission of valid proof (bank statement, transaction screenshot, etc.)
– Written request received within **7 calendar days** of the transaction date
– Verification and approval by our finance team
Even in such cases, administrative charges or bank transaction fees (if any) may be deducted.

**Note:** Refunds, if exceptionally granted, will be processed to the original payment method / source account only and may take 15–45 days depending on the bank/payment gateway.

4. Event Registrations / Program Participation Fees (if applicable)
– If any of our programs, workshops, health camps, sports events, or training sessions require a nominal participation/registration fee, such fees are **non-refundable** once paid, unless the event is cancelled by the organization.
– In case we cancel an event due to unavoidable circumstances, participants will be informed and full refunds (or credit notes for future events) will be issued within 30 days.
